This is my 3rd visit to Kentwood. Once again 1st class exceptional service from David and Alexander. Tea and cake and friendly welcome on arrival. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Linen and towels are so soft and smell of fabric softener. Amazing breakfast and plenty of it. Will be back next year. Thank you for a great stay.
This is a truly first class B and B. The Viaduct room that we stayed in was most comfortable and extremely well appointed. Breakfasts were of a high standard with an extensive choice on the menu. The availability of a beautiful guest lounge was a comfortable place to relax, especially with the pot of tea and homemade shortbread provided after a day’s walk. Finally, it should be noted that David and Alexander were the perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.
An absolutely perfect retreat from the busy world. The hosts make you feel so at home it’s easy to relax and settle into the sumptuous surroundings. Our bedroom was delightful, lovely furnishings, comfy bed and all the little extras you could think of. Breakfast was super quality ingredients, well cooked and served perfectly. This place really is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at My only concern about posting this review is that we might not be able to get a room next time we’re in Arnside
What a little gem Kentwood Guest House is, our room was beautiful with a comfy bed and fabulous en-suite, it even had a little fridge with fresh milk and water, the whole place is so homely, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Breakfast 1st class, plenty to eat and all cooked to perfection, David and Alexander are the most perfect hosts who know how to look after their guests. Any Coeliacs out there will be well looked after, you can definitely eat safely here. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful stay in Arnside, we will definitely return.
Just returned from parents' 61st wedding anniversary celebration mini break. Hosts were fantastic, breakfasts delicious, everywhere spotless and Minky the resident cat was good company too. Will definitely return if David and Alex will accommodate me. Top marks!
This was a thoroughly excellent guest house to stay in. We stayed here on our wedding night and the owners couldnt do enough for us. They were excellent. Room was amazing bed was so comfy, breakfast was fantastic too. This has to be one of the best places we have stayed at. Made our special weekend that much more wonderful.
Wonderful place to stay in Arnside with fabulous views over the Kent estuary. David and Alex looked after us extremely well and made us feel very welcome from the first moment we arrived. The house was exceptionally clean, well kept and the room had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay, including a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast was delightful with plentiful choices including full cooked options, salmon and overnight soaked oats with yoghurt and fruit which we really enjoyed! Highly recommend and we both look forward to staying with you again in the future.. best regards.. Sam and Clare x
This is hands down my best ever experience of a guest house. David and Alex were genuinely wonderful people who were a pleasure to be around. They were extremely helpful and completely surpassed what I would expect from usual accommodation. The house is very clean, food is fantastic and the bed so comfortable. If I could give a 100 stars I would - but 5 will have to do. Would strongly recommend!
